    Nous recrutons un(e) super : Psychologue (H/F)



    Rattach (e) au responsable du P le Bien tre ; et en collaboration avec l quipe pluridisciplinaire (IDEC, AS, AS, AMP, IDE, animatrices, psychomotricien, ergoth rapeute, etc.) vos principales missions seront les suivantes :


    Vous valuez la demande des r sidents et participez leur int gration dans la Villa,

    Vous assurez le suivi psychologique des r sidents par l organisation et la planification de visites et d entretiens individuels

    Vous participez l laboration des projets personnalis s des r sidents

    Vous accompagnez le personnel et contribuez l am lioration de la prise en soin par une sensibilisation des soignants aux bases de la psychologie.

    Vous r digez et tracez la synth se des entretiens, des analyses et des activit s cibl es. (logiciel M dicor)

    Vous apportez votre expertise pour les accompagnements difficiles, r pondre aux questions de l quipe ( coute et soutien)

    Vous assistez les familles dans l accompagnement de leur parent, vous tes d un r el soutien pour les familles

    Vous participez activement la vie de l tablissement (participation aux r unions et laboration d accompagnements sp cifiques aux pathologies).



    Profil

    -Master II de Psychologie acc dant au titre de psychologue. Une sp cialisation sur des profils g s et/ou une exp rience en EHPAD seront un plus.

    - Type de contrat : CDI

    - R mun ration : (+10,3% en moyenne par rapport 2022)
