    Job Responsibilities 1

    • Lead, manage issues, risks and impacts associated withthe implementation of financial management initiatives, changes topolicies, procedures, government directions, protocols andlegislation.
    • Develops and implements forecasting systemto improve forecasting efficiency.
    • Partnered with seniormanagement to consolidate financial/management reportinginitiatives to help drive strategy review.
    • Providesinsightful information and expectations to senior executives to aidin long-term and short-term decision making.
    • Reviewsfinancial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
    • Guides your Finance Team in selectively gathering relevantfinancial information to analyse financial results. JobResponsibilities 2
    • Presents financial reports to boardmembers, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
    • Stays up to date with technological advances andaccounting software to be used for financial purposes.
    • Works directly with the Director of Finance to ensure completion ofmonthly financial reporting deliverables based on the agreedtimeline.
    • Establishes and maintains financial policiesand procedures for the company.
    • Understands and adheresto financial regulations and legislation.
    • Continuouslyenhance the competencies finance professionals across theorganization and ensure alignment of required knowledge and skills.
    • Manages activities of the Finance team includingtraining and development and motivating the team Skills Knowledgeof Accounting budgetary, management principles, practices andprocedures. Knowledge of regulatory environment and industry todevelop and evaluate agency financial processes and controlsKnowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, thefinancial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting offinancial dateExtensive experience in management accounting usinglarge integrated financial accounting systems, data analysis andcosting systems
