    VOS D FIS

    • Supporter les gestionnaires et leurs quipes dans la r alisation des activit s courantes de GRH
    • Offrir un service conseil et coordonner les diverses activit s en lien avec les programmes et politiques RH existantes ou en d veloppement
    • Travailler en collaboration avec les membres de l quipe RH sur le d veloppement et la mise en uvre d orientations, de politiques, de programmes et d outils afin de mettre en place les meilleures pratiques
    • G rer les dossiers d actualit tels que la marque employeur, les programmes d accueil et d int gration, la dotation, le d veloppement des comp tences, la reconnaissance et l exp rience employ
    • Identifier les tendances en RH
    • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance RH, l engagement, la sant et s curit

    VOTRE PROFIL

    • Baccalaur at en ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou autre discipline connexe
    • De 3 8 ann es d exp rience pertinente comme g n raliste en RH
    • Membre de l ordre des CRHA ou engagement le devenir
    • Bonne connaissance des syst mes RH et l intelligence d affaires RH (atout ind niable)
    • Excellente ma trise du fran ais parl et crit
    • Bonne connaissance de langlais parl et crit
    • Habilet d velopper et maintenir des relations de confiance bas e sur un excellent service la client le et une collaboration efficace et durable, esprit d quipe et discr tion sont des qualit s recherch es
