    LOGISTICS:
    Managing and supervising the dailyCommunity Logistics works at Site, including coordination andreview of Third-Party Contractors Logistics plans. Third-partyLaydown area mobilization and demobilization inspection andreports. Interface with the third party for laydown area leaseagreement breaches. Compliance monitoring of third-partycontractors workplaces and laydown areas for encroachment etc.
    Develop and update third-party laydown area occupation status andplot development status.

    Interfacing with third-party developersand contractors on various logistics issues and concerns on theisland and helping resolve them sometimes through authorities.

    Liaise with the Authorities, including Police, ADM etc., for anysite violations and noncompliance. Inspection of snags to allowissuance of the Building Completion Certificate (BCC) and follow upon the closeout of such snags. Review and Issuance of accidentclearance to Police or any other relevant authorities. Managementof the project materials inventory and storage in coordination withthird-party or Employer inter-department sections. Facilitatereviewing and approving the third-party request for temporary landoccupancy and issuing the license agreement as per the Employerstandard requirements. Facilitate and review third-party requestsfor temporary fencing, site mobilization, and access.

    Conduct siteinspections and prepare observation reports related to the overallaesthetics and look of the entire development and provide anyrecommendation for any required actions from the Employer or thethird-party developers.


    Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge andSkills:
    A degree in a relevant field. 15 or more years ofexperience in managing logistics and security on similar projects.
    UAE and particularly Abu Dhabi experience is preferred. Ability tothink ahead, identify new opportunities and create new andinnovative approaches to work-related issues. Strong Management andcommunication. Demonstrates a determination, desire to succeed anda wish to progress and develop. Excellent working knowledge of MSOffice suite or Primavera. Excellent numerical and communicationskills. Previous experience working within a professional PMC orConsultancy organization.
