    Job Overview:
    The Senior Talent AcquisitionSpecialist is responsible for executing recruitment activities,responsible for hiring across the region and sourcing of qualitycandidates in line with company core values


    Key Tasks andResponsibilities:

    Reporting to Offshore Middle East TalentAcquisition Lead Ensure McDermott core values are met and possessthe application of equal opportunity and diversity.

    Provide supportto all business levels and across McDermott functions in terms ofrecruitment requirements as per company structure professionalpositions and liaise with contractors for short-term hires.

    Liaisewith HR Generalists and Operations to align functional workrequisitions and requirements as per McDermott structure andcontractual obligations for internal and external hires.

    Reviewwork requisitions raised by Hiring Managers in the recruitmentsystem and obtain proper approvals, upload candidates, and updatethe position/candidate status as it progresses.

    Search, screen andpropose candidates as per approved work requisitions for theexisting and anticipated projects Liaise with GRC in Manilathroughout the process, and lean on them for maximum supportFinalize hire selection request, collect interview evaluations, andprepare candidate profiles to handover for HR Operations offer andmobilization.

    Preparing weekly/monthly reports as required - updateprogress of reports related to recruiting. Arrange meetings withfunctional leads on regular basis. Arrange, organize and attendwalk in recruitment events. Handle recruitment administrationactivities to complete the hiring processes. Align with other HRfunctions such as Government relations, Talent Management and HROperations to ensure requirements and targets are met. Ability touse provided tools such as LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf, email,referrals and McDermott website for sourcing candidates.


    EssentialQualifications and Education:

    Very good verbal and written English5 to 7 Years of experience in Recruiting, staff onboarding andoffer negotiation, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry, EPCContractor, and ideally from agency background.

    Excellent MS OfficeSuit skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) BS.
