    JobProfile /Summary:

    Education /Experience Requirements:

    oBachelors degree in Finance/ Computer Science MIS EngineeringBusiness Administration or a related technicalfield.

    o Minimum 4 years experience in theBanking Industry System support and implementations with at least 3years in IT.

    o Should have minimum of 2 3 yearsof experience in Fusion Equation CoreBanking System (by Finastra) support andimplementation.

    o Reviewing and preparingBusiness Requirement Specification and prepare the test casesexploring all aspects of the scope.

    o Defect lifecycle Management and execution statusreporting.

    o Experience in test scope analysisand regression testing.

    o Understanding ofSystem integration with core banking systems.

    oReviewing BRS (Business Requirements Specifications) and preparethe test cases exploring all aspects of thescope.

    o Good experience in Core banking systemand loan administration systems in (SIT/UAT)testing.

    o Ensure high standards of dataprotection and confidentiality.

    o Providetechnical assistance in identifying evaluating and developingsystems and procedures across the group various business andsupport functions.

    o Consult and coordinate withsystems analysts and programmers to design and develop businesssystems.

    o Track and document changes to businessspecifications.

    o Create and assist others in thewriting of user documentation instruction procedures andtraining

    o Prepare systems business cyclespecifications and manage output and controls of calculations andpostings.

    o Actively participate in meetingswhich aim to assess performance as well as the departments overallperformance on a regular basis.

    o Answerquestions about applications for all team members as well asinternal and externalcustomers.

    Required SpecialSkills:

    o High Competence inEquationfunctionality trouble shooting issueinvestigation loan database health check corrupted loans repairutility etc.

    o Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills in both English Arabic ispreferable.

    o Possess strong computer software MSOffice (Word Excel and Access) skills.

    oExcellent time management skills and ability to work in adeadlineoriented environment.

    o Excellentbusiness process analysis and mapping.

    o Teamwork and sync with reporting hierarchy.

    oCustomer service oriented.

    o Strictly adhere tobanks ethics and code of conduct.

    o Ability toeffectively interact at all levels in the bank and outsidecontacts.

    o Planning and organizingability.

    o Handling assigned task with commitmentand responsibility.

    o Ensure high standards ofdata protection and confidentiality.
