    Assists the Contracts Manager in thepreparation, issuance and approval of Consultancy, Service, Supplyand Subcontract Agreements.

    Full administration,review, registering of all Consultants, Service Providers,Suppliers and Subcontractors Advance Payment Guarantees,Performance Bond, Retention Bond ( as applicable) and the requiredInsurances.

    Verification of the authenticity andcorrectness of the submitted Cheques and Bank Guarantees as per theprovided / standard Contract specimen.

    Assiststhe Contracts Manager in all related administrative/ contractualissues/ concerns.

    Ensures that records are keptin a systematic manner to enable easy tracking anddocumentation.

    Prepares and maintains contractand supplies agreements for Contract Manager'sapproval.

    Gathers proposal information byidentifying sources of information related to theproposal.

    Develops proposal by assemblinginformation including project nature, objectives, outcomes,deliverables and implementation.

    Preparespresentation by evaluating text, graphics, and printing all therequired material.

    Maintains quality results byusing templates and proposal-writing standards includingreadability and consistency.

    Obtains approvals byreviewing proposal with key providers and projectmanagers.

    Improves proposal-writing results byevaluating and re-designing processes, approach, coordination, andimplementing changes.
