    • Establish and maintain contract records, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of contract documentation.
    • Review contracts and agreements against established guidelines and contracting procedures to verify compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
    • Provide support services related to contracts and agreements as required.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Contracts and Agreement Section to review and update the status of ongoing tenders and contracts.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with contract requirements and internal procedures to meet all conditions and obligations.
    • Analyze historical contract data and provide recommendations and corrective actions to the Head of Contracts & Agreements Section.
    • Maintain and update the contract information system and preserve original contract-related documents.
    • Prepare periodic status and progress reports for the Section, offering insights into the Section's activities for management reporting.
    • Establish and update records of all correspondence related to contract activities.
    • Participate in the training and mentoring of less experienced Qatari employees.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
