    • Work closely with the CountryMarketing manager, Vertical Marketing Specialist and Social Mediateam to develop marketing campaigns that deliver onQatar's growth targets.
    • Support thedevelopment and lead on the execution of 360-degree integrated andCRM campaigns to drive performance objectives (acquisitions/orders)as well as brand objectives (awareness, preference,affinity).
    • Make data-driven decisions to choosethe right channel mix strategy and target audience to achieve thecampaign objectives.
    • Ensure proper campaigngo-to-market and act as the 'project manager'and owner of new campaigns by making sure all marketing channelsswitch on in coordination and all functional teams deliver theirparts on time.
    • Build and execute CRM campaignswhile continuously A/B testing different scenarios to identify theright strategy for every segment.
    • Trackcampaign results and report daily performance & spending tocontrol budget and enhance countryperformance.
    • Work closely with the Product teamto utilize best practices for app and web platforms to continuouslyenhance conversion rates across thefunnel.
    • Proactively monitor expense sheetsevery week to ensure all expenses are accounted for, run ratesmatch targets and make optimisations to reduce or increase spendingto match targets
    • Set up demand estimationprocess to align with logistics (T-4 weeks to campaignlaunch)
    • Analyze & demonstrate theeffectiveness, incrementality & ROI of different campaignsand tactics, to recommend future improvements andactions.
    • Understand customer behavior throughdeep dives, on-ground feedback from customers, focus groups andsales insights to develop actionableinsights.
    • Create performance review decks toupdate management about performance of marketing campaigns, and theachievements of the local marketingteam
