    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Reconcile the company s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
    • Manage income and expenditure accounts.
    • Generate the company s financial reports using income and expenditure data.
    • Keep a check on the company s finances based on financial status.
    • Initiate and manage financial and accounting software used by the company.
    • Utilize ERP systems and other accounting software proficiently.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in accounting systems.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting rules and procedures.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
    • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
    • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes.
    • Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles.
    Experience in food distribution company.

    • Proficiency in ERP systems and other accounting software.
    • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and data analysis.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to changes
