Roles and Responsibilities:

Reconcile the company s bank statements and bookkeepingledgers.
Manage income and expenditureaccounts.
Generate the company s financial reports usingincome and expenditure data.
Keep a check on the companys finances based on financial status.
Initiate and managefinancial and accounting software used by the company.
Utilize ERP systems and other accounting softwareproficiently.
Perform data entry and maintain accuraterecords in accounting systems.
Ensure compliance withaccounting rules and procedures.
Prepare and analyzefinancial statements and reports.
Assist in budgetpreparation and monitoring.
Conduct variance analysis andprovide insights on financial performance.
Collaboratewith internal teams to streamline accounting processes.
Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and projects asassigned

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting,Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years ofexperience in accounting roles.

Experience in food distributioncompany.

Proficiency in ERP systems and other accountingsoftware.
Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and dataanalysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills.
Excellent understanding of accounting principlesand regulations.
Ability to work independently and meetdeadlines.
Detail-oriented with a high level ofaccuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
Proactive attitude and ability to adapt tochanges
