    • Provide upscale guest serviceexperiences for clients throughout theirstay
    • Ensure clients are properly greeted upontheir arrival
    • Monitor daily bookings and ensureassigned rooms are prepared prior tocheck-in
    • Coordinate luggage collection andstorage
    • Oversee check-in and check-outprocedures, including reservations and financialtransactions
    • Promptly address guests'requests, like in-room dining
    • Actively listento and resolve complaints
    • Ensure specialguests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receivepersonalized services
    • Coordinate and managecommunication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure weresolve customer concerns
    • Inform clients of ourhotel services, including breakfast and diningoptions
    • Promote all hotel amenities,conveniences and programs offered
    • Manage guestrelations team (including Receptionists and Concierges) to ensurewe comply with all standards and operatingprocedures
    • Appraise team'sperformance and produce regular reports
    • Liaisewith Housekeepers and Wait Staff to provide an overall comfortableguest experience
    • Examine daily duties, assigntasks and check on progress
    • Analyze customerfeedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggest waysto improve ratings
    • Recommend local touristspots, including places to dine, shop andsight-see
    • Establish friendly relationships withregular hotel clients
