- maintainthe security of stores and follow the correct key procedures
- Ensure that delivered items are correct and inhigh-quality condition
- Complete administrative duties inrelation to the purchasing system
- Forward, on a dailybasis, requisitions and transfers to purchasing
- Communicate with all Heads of Departments regarding stock shortagesand unavailable items
- Maintain the cleanliness of allstores and delivery areas
- Conduct regular temperaturechecks on goods on a daily basis
- Deliver stock tocorrect outlets
- Ensure stock and purchasing records arealways current
- Ensure requisitions are placed for allstock leaving stores
- Support monthly stock takes
- Report any maintenance and/or hazard issues to theSupervisor on duty
- Adhere to all Health and Safetyprocedures particularly relating to food and beverage items
- Execute on tasks/requests as instructed by the FinanceManager and/or General Manager
