    We are seeking a VPTreasury and Capital Markets to help drive treasury and capitalmarkets planning and execution. The role will report to the CFO andresponsible for overall liquidity management, interest ratemanagement, capital deployment, debt covenant compliance, andimplementation of new treasurypolicies.

    Thisposition will be focused on building Trilon s treasury functionincluding debt compliance, cash flow models, capital structureanalysis, covenant compliance and capital planning processes foracquisitions. The role will be a hands-on,rollup your sleeves position. It will be alot of work, but a lot of reward in the work you do.

    Weseek an individual that has a can-do, get your hands dirtymentality with the treasury knowledge and capabilities to build afunction on the fly. There will be a lotof acquisition work that will occur with the company so experiencewith that and working with a PE firm is aplus.

    Responsibilities

    Manage debtcompliance process. Ensure compliance with existing covenants usingknowledge of all financial and legalcovenants

    Monitor and helpmanage the company s cash position and transactions

    Manage interestexpense planning, forecasting and reporting

    Partner with VPof Finance and Business Controllers to establish a cash flowforecasting model

    Develops,analyze and recommends capital structure and cash flow decisionsfor the company

    Lead acquisitioncapital planning and execution and covenant compliance

    Maintenance ofbanking relationships andadministration

    Identify,recommend and implement cost-effective and efficient treasurysystems and banking platforms for business operations and financialsharedservices



    Requirements

    • 5+years experience in capital markets and treasuryoperations
    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Mathematics, or other quantitativediscipline
    • Advanceddegree (e.g. MBA, MSF) or professional certification (CFA, CPA,FRA, or CTP) preferred
    • Capitalmarkets and analysis knowledge and administration
    • Foster anenvironment of efficiency, accuracy, collaboration and opencommunication
    • Demonstratea high degree of integrity, independence, reliability, and personalaccountability in this hand-on role


    What you will bring to the job: Bachelor s degree in accountingwith at least 3 years of public accounting experience, big fourpreferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but notrequired. Knowledge of financial reporting and Generally AcceptedAccounting Principles (GAAP) and reporting skills Strong clientserving skills to serve internal clients Positivity andcollaborative approach to work in a team environment Curiosity,critical thinking, and attention to detail: Whether it s toidentify a solution to a problem or possibly help implement a moreefficient process or procedure, your skills have a place in ourbusiness Quick leaner in process improvement and ERP systems Strongwritten and verbal communication skills
