    Key Responsibilities of theVice President - FinancialReporting

    • As part of asmall finance team, support the CFO in executing hisresponsibilities
    • Identification &implementation of financial accountingsystem
    • Preparation & reporting ofmonthly management reports
    • Preparation& filing of periodic multi-jurisdictional payroll &VAT returns
    • Responsible for all aspects offinancial controls & financial reporting within thebusiness.
    • Implement a computerized accountingsystem capable of supporting the business'smulti-jurisdictional activities
    • Prepare,analyse and present timely and accurate monthly financial reports(to include trial balance, balance sheet, operating statements& cashflows)
    • Develop and implementfinancial processes/internal controls and ensure compliance withsame
