    Expectations timeline 1 MonthYou have gonethrough different onboarding sessions covering our product, itscurrent architecture, the relevant data infrastructure, pipelines,and tooling we currently use, learned about the company'sorigin and current vision, and met colleagues from differentdepartments as part of onboarding as well as weekly virtual socialevents.

    You'd have started to get to know your teammates andstakeholders, learned how we work daily and started contributing toour data infrastructure.3 MonthsYou will be familiar with mostconcepts related to our product and data infrastructure.

    You haveworked alongside your teammates to drive improvements in our datapipelines as well as troubleshoot and resolve any data pipelineissues.

    You'd have had a few 1:1s with your manager to checkin on how things are going.6 MonthsYou will have made solidcontributions to our data pipelines, infrastructure, and stack ingeneral, influenced our ways of working, shared knowledge andprevious experiences, helping substantially with importantdecision-making.


    Job requirements What we expect from you:

    • 6+years of experience in a Data Engineering role or similar, witharchitectural purview
    • Proficiency in one or more programminglanguages (ie: Typescript, Golang, Python)
    • Strong experience withdata warehouse solutions (ie: BigQuery, Redshift)
    • Experience withdesigning and building custom data ingestion pipelines
    • Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills
    • Strong collaboration andcommunication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to takeownership, but also ask for help and advice when needed
    • Opennessto feedback and willingness to learn, reflect, and grow within theorganization Bonus points :
    • Experience with building event-drivendata ingestion
    • Experience with our current data stack
