    We are a growing company seeking an Admin& Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The idealcandidate will be responsible for providing administrative supportas well as managing and implementing our digital marketingefforts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provideadministrative support to the team including schedulingappointments answering phones and maintaining files andrecords
    • Manage and execute digital marketingcampaigns including email marketing social media andSEO/SEM

    Experience in contractmanagement: The ideal candidate should have experience in managingcontracts including tracking contract expiration dates renewals andcancellations. This experience may be gained through previous jobroles in contract management legal orprocurement.

    Strong organizational skills: Thecandidate should have excellent organizational skills to keep trackof multiple contracts and ensure that renewal or cancellationnotices are sent in a timely manner.

    Communication skills: Effective communication skills are essentialfor this role. The candidate should be able to communicateeffectively with customers colleagues and stakeholders bothverbally and in writing.

    Customer serviceskills: The candidate should have strong customer service skills asthey will be responsible for communicating with customers regardingtheir contracts answering questions and resolvingissues.

    Persuasion skills: The candidate shouldhave strong persuasion skills to convince customers to renew theircontracts or to upgrade to a different service.

    Attention to detail: The candidate should have a high level ofattention to detail to ensure that all contract information isaccurate and up to date.

    • Assist withwebsite maintenance and updates.
    • Analyze andreport on digital marketing campaigns including KPIs andROI
    • Monitor and respond to online reviews andcustomer inquiries.
    • Collaborate with the teamon marketing strategies andinitiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelorsdegree in marketing Business Administration or relatedfield
    • 2 years of experience in digitalmarketing and administrative support
    • Knowledgeof relevant software such as contract management tools customerrelationship management (CRM) software including Salesforce is aplus
    • Strong written and verbal communicationskills
    • Experience with email marketingplatforms (such as Mailchimp) social media platforms (such asFacebook and Instagram) and GoogleAnalytics
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word Excel PowerPoint)
    • Ability to multitaskand prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strongattention to detail and organizationalskills
    • Familiarity with website platforms (suchas WordPress) is a plus
