- Reporting ofactual financial results for the operations department whichincludes operations, manufacturing, procurement, logistics andfacilities
- Financial control of all aspects of stockincluding provisioning and average costings
- Financialcontrol of all fixed assets in the manufacturing department
- Financial budgeting, forecasting and planning for theoperations department
- Decision support for all aspectsof the department aimed at improving overall performance
- Development and reporting of financial and other KPI'sfor the department
- Ad hoc work including investmentanalysis to support operational decisions
- Assist withthe annual audit process including the draft of the financialstatements and related notes
- Research and analyzeexpense variances for company management
- Conductmonth-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to verify allentries have been created and posted, ensuring completeness,accuracy, and cohesiveness of information
- Manageadministrative staff within the department and transferaccounting/reporting knowledge to otherdepartments
