    • Ensures that all inventory andstock management systems are maintained and updated accurately, andwithin the agreed parameters
    • Receives deliveredsupplies, materials, and equipment; confirms that delivered goodsmatch purchase order specifications of quantity, condition, modelnumber, etc.; completes all necessary paperwork for stock itemsreceived
    • Manages all stock movements in and out, andmaintain complete log of all stock movement to ensure stocks aretallied with the transfer documents
    • Maintains stocklevels within the agreed inventory parameters; scans stock receivedand delivered and highlight any discrepancy, to ensure stockmovement is logged and properly controlled.
    • Maintainsthe storeroom and the allocation of space for stock; ensures thestoreroom meets defined regulations
    • Supervises theimplementation of health and safety procedures
    • Coordinates with Store operations staffs to identify and preparedamaged stock list to ensure the said stock is scanned, packed andsent to the warehouse after obtaining required approvals
    • Executes weekly cycle counts of inventory materials based uponsystem reports; assists in conducting complete physical inventorycount annually
