    • Being responsible for acting asproject director for an establishedprogramme.
    • Managing the account management andclient reporting.
    • Planning, managing, andmonitoring the project, reporting any areas of concern in a timelymanner, and you will recommend ways to resolve any issues as theyarise and take ownership of them.
    • Complyingwith Mace processes and procedures and delivering our services inline with Mace core values.
    • Managing and beaccountable for the delivery of the programme andprojects.
    • Owning and providing all clientliaison and reporting, supported by the wider team ofconsultants.
    • Being fully aware of the projectobjectives in line with the project execution plan, managing andsupervising the relevant project team/parties to achieve theseobjections.
    • Managing and directing multiplecontractors and consultants engaged on high-profile projects atvarious stages of work.
    • Being actively engagedin health, safety, andwell-being.
    • Participating in planning andmonitoring the progress of the programme and suite ofcontracts.
    • Managing and owning stakeholdercommunication and management.
    • Ensuring projectbudgets are complied with.
    • Ensuring qualitysystems are in place and suitably managed andmonitored.
    • Managing relevant meetings and sitewalks and ensuring these are suitablyrecorded.
    • Being actively involved in riskmanagement.
    • Ensuring contract administration isup to date and coordinated across multiple programmes ofwork.
    • Creating and managing multipleprocurement activities for a varied range of buildingworks.
    • Communicating with all projectparties/stakeholders and ensuring suitable records aremaintained.
    • Working collaboratively and alwaysin an inclusive manner.
    • Overseeing HSE rulesand regulations and ensuring a proactiveapproach.
