- Act as an Ambassador for the spa representingthe brand values for colleagues establishing relationships withinternal and external stakeholders representing the values of thebrand and Accor. This includes maintaining a professionalappearance at all times.
- Knowledgeable about all aspectsof treatments, spa therapy and the facility.
- Performmassage and body treatments in a safe, professional and hygienicmanner.
- Maintain ample inventory of necessary productsto perform treatments, all in an orderly and neat fashion.
- Report for appointments on time and thoroughly reviewappointments after completing each service.
- Alwaysmaintain a courteous, friendly and professional demeanour withguests / members.
- Assist in the operations of thereception, thermal areas and whenever possible for spa guests andcolleagues.
- Maintain current professional license.
