- Conduct comprehensive testing of mobile applications and websites to ensure functionality, usability, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
- Verify that features and functionalities meet specified requirements and are consistent with the user experience standards.
- Utilize strong proficiency in the Arabic language to assess language-specific aspects of mobile apps and websites.
- Perform linguistic testing to ensure accurate translations, cultural appropriateness, and seamless user experience for Arabic-speaking users.
- Test and ensure seamless integration and compatibility between mobile and web platforms, identifying and addressing any inconsistencies.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to verify that issues identified in previous releases have been successfully addressed in subsequent updates.
- Develop detailed test plans for mobile and web testing, considering the unique aspects of each platform.
- Document and communicate test results, including bug reports and feedback, in a clear and organized manner.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand project requirements and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with automation testing teams to identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to the creation of automated test scripts for mobile and web applications.
- Participate in usability testing to ensure that both mobile and web platforms deliver an intuitive and user-friendly experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and testing for both mobile applications and websites.
- Proficiency in the Arabic language with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies for mobile and web applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
