- Oversee and coordinate daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to prevent stock outs and overstock situations.
- Implement inventory control measures and conduct regular audits.
- Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience by implementing and maintaining customer service standards.

- Develop and manage budgets, with a focus on cost control and profitability.
- Analyze sales data and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.

- Oversee the implementation and utilization of retail technology, such as point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales and financial data and implement cost-effective measures.
