Identify customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and guide them through the purchase process with confidence.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and customer referrals.
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts and financing agreements.
Maintain ongoing communication with customers, providing updates on the status of their orders and addressing any concerns.
Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas to contribute to the dealerships success.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to customers.
Organize and conduct test rides, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for customers.
Educate customers on motorcycle safety, maintenance, and riding gear to enhance their ownership experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the dealerships CRM system.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment
