- Manage Beauty P&L for 'digital' andfeed into P&L plans/revisions with finance team, providinginsight and opportunities to support and drive growth.
- Constantly striving for success, staying focused and effective atall times even when priorities are changing
- Play keyrole in promotional planning- providing forecasts and insights intoperformance for different promo mechanics and ensuring key tradingmoments are optimized with the correct promotions, where necessary.
- For each key campaign/seasonal launch, ensure theB&M beautystrategy is reflected online, appropriatelyinfluencing where the online experience may differ slightly.
- Lead the trading of the Beauty category acrossBloomingdales online, in four markets, ensuring a strong andcomprehensive online journey for the customer.
- Ownrelationship between digital and beauty buying/planning, tounderstand key buys, trends, stock position, to drive trade andmarketing focus.
- Identify and help influenceopportunities for a better customer experience on the website withthe tech and product team, based on commercial rationale andcustomer behavior
- Able to lead by example, motivatingyourself and others to deliver the business plan.
- Ensurehind-sighting analysis shared with the wider team forlaunches/campaigns/promos
