    • Consistently offer professional,friendly and engaging service (greeting,welcoming...)
    • Report to shift on time,in uniform and perfectly groomed
    • Pro-activelyoffer help to guest in public space whenapplicable
    • Clean and sanitize all assignedpublic area including: bathroom cleaning, floor scrubbing,vacuuming, dusting, floor waxing, shampooing, marble polishing,rubbish collecting, metal polishing & reasonable high-levelcleaning.
    • Assist and perform whenever scheduledor requested to the deep cleaning of the areas orfixtures
    • Report consistently necessarymaintenance required in public areas and escalate to supervisor forwork order completion.
    • Is responsible to reportto supervisor any missing items from PA
    • Isresponsible to return all Lost and Found items to Housekeepingoffice as per policy
    • Attend daily briefing& training as scheduled
    • Sign in and outcommunication device & key (if applicable) daily and isresponsible for the safe keeping of the device &key.
    • Is responsible for appropriate usage ofcleaning chemicals & supplies to avoidwastage.
    • Is responsible for cleaning andmaintaining all equipment used in good condition at all times aswell as returning them to the appropriatestore.
    • Return loan item to the store afteruse
    • Is responsible for maintaining cleanlinessand tidiness at both front of house and back of house areasaccording to departmental & Forbes 5-starstandards
    • Report suspicious activities /unusual behavior in pubic area both FOH and BOH toSupervisor.
    • Report any faulty equipment,maintenance issues, safety hazards & other problems foundimmediately to supervisor
    • Perform inventory asdirected by Supervisor or management.
    • Completedaily assignments and report progress tosupervisor.
    • Handover at end of shiftclearly.
    • Set up & maintain work areasas per established standard, restock supplies as needed during theshift
    • Adhere to company and departmentalpolicies & procedures, service standard as well as complywith Code of Conduct.
    • Adhere to health andsafety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoidhealth and safety hazards as well as to preventinjury
    • Participate in the company recyclingprogram and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use andrecycle wherever possible &appropriate
    • Perform other ad-hoc tasks asassigned by the supervisor or PA Housekeeping Manager /or AssistantDirector EH
