Responsibilities:

• Drive a proactive, best-in-class HSE culture and performance by developing strategies to address key HSE risks, ensure regulatory and customer compliance, and enhance personal safety, driving, and environmental performance.
• Lead and oversee the development, review, implementation, and overall governance of the HSE Management System, including policies, procedures, training, audits, and reporting requirements.
• Work closely with the Client representative and Senior Leadership team to drive the implementation of industry leading HSE tools, programs and initiatives, and establish action plans to achieve HSE objectives and targets.
• Collaborate with management to plan and implement a safety protocol budget.
• Oversee the operations of the project and identify opportunities to improve the safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments to minimize workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, or long-term health hazards.
• Prepare monthly or annual safety reports and present the information to management.
• Lead investigations of HSE-related and driving incidents (including near misses) to identify root cause(s) and implementation of effective corrective/preventive actions.
• Engage with our Clients, Contractors and Stakeholders to ensure our projects are delivered using best global practices around Health, Safety and Environment
• Promote a positive and best-in-class health, safety and well-being culture
• Responsible for managing and improving the HSE Management System in accordance with ISO 45001 and 14001 to maintain our accreditation and ensure compliance with all global and regional legislative requirements.
• Continuously challenge and review our HSE management practices to ensure our Business Management Systems reflect the needs of our stakeholders and the HSE ways of working are best designed for impact and application by our business.
• Develop and deliver health, safety, environment and well-being strategies for the project, including a clear focus on the needs of our people and our clients in the delivery of premier health and safety services.
• Developing and getting approvals and maintaining all HSE tender documents such as Project HSE plans for the Framework level and work Order levels between my company and Ashghal (Qatar Public Works Authority);
• Management and Coordination of project HSE Activities such as internal Audits, and physically inspect all work areas and jobsites to identify possible safety issues.
• Join management during Management Walk through and safety tours
• Advising management on workers accommodation and Welfare facilities on and off site;
• Monitoring Progress against agreed dates;
• Assess and evaluate project risks and advice on suitable control measures.
• Preparing and submitting HSE weekly and monthly reports for the Client’s review and approvals;
• Ensure effective HSE planning at all stages of the Framework Project for the past 4-5 years;
• Ensure Corrective and preventive actions are taken on non-conformances identified;

• Prepare Traffic Diversion Plans (DPs) and all necessary documents required to get TDP approval from consultants, Ashghal (PWA) and Ministry of Interior (MOI) traffic department using the new QPRO III System.
• Review all company TDP designed before submitting to consultant or uploading on the new QPRO system. 
• Conduct monthly meetings with site traffic management team;
• carrying out road safety audits for the temporary traffic diversions and follow up corrective action for proper implementation as approved TDP.
• Make sure all Traffic Department follows the normal standard reference to WZTMG Rev 1.2 version and Qatar Traffic Manual.
• Conducted multiple traffic studies including traffic impact assessment studies, traffic data flow collection with our traffic engineering department;
• Participated in project decisions regarding technical approaches, cost and schedule;
• Follow up with submitted TDP for all departments like TDP office and MOI for approval. 
• Monitor and maintain traffic flow by updating, generating, installing and simulating of traffic signal timing plans.
• Conducted or lead accident analyses and or investigations, root cause analysis to address high risk safety issues;
• Take necessary action to ensure all observations or reports received from consultant and client or within my traffic and safety team are closed within 24 to 48 hours or as per the KPI requirement;
• Perform site visits, inspections, safety tours or management walkthrough at both current and future locations;
• Performs risk assessments to identify risks and develop effective methods for risk control and management;
• Train traffic management supervision ( STMS) team and all workers involve on public road traffic, on safe working on live traffic roads and pedestrian crossing points;
• Ensure all related site works are done according to the approved design TDP and in coordination with construction teams accordingly;
