- Consistently offerprofessional, friendly and engaging service
- Responsibleto handle the security staff.
- Ensure the overall safetyand security of the hotel guests, Colleagues and hotel premises
- Act as a member of the Emergency Response Team,responding in cases of fire, accident, safety concerns and callsfor medical assistance
- Ensure that any violations to lawor hotel policy is investigated and reported
- Respond toall emergency situations and provide First Aid and C.P.R. asrequired
- Correct and report any fire hazards or healthand safety hazards
- Report and investigate occurrences ofaccidents, complaints, criminal activity, and crisis situations
- Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowdcontrol
- Conduct departmental key control audits andmaintain key control records
- Maintain computer recordsof all actions in a Daily Activity Report
- Assist guestsregarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Follow department policies, procedures and servicestandards
- Follow all safety policies
- Otherduties as assigned
