QatarExperience –12 yrs to 15YrsDescription:· As a Senior IntegrationArchitect you will be responsible for overseeing, managing anddesigning, delivering and monitoring the overall Integration andinterface landscape along with providing support and managing theIntegration team.

You will be responsible for developing,monitoring and managing complex healthcare Integration activitiesin time while keeping in mind the patient data sensitivities andsecurity needs.

You will be planning and delivering the requiredinterfaces on time in coordination with the stake holders,conducting meetings for the requirements gathering, designing,developing, testing and rolling out interfaces on time.

• Need to have 10+ years experience in developing interfaces onRhapsody/Mirth Integration engines with HL7, XML, JAVA, FHIR, X12,PIX/PDQ, XDS.b, XDR, CCD, IHE profiles and API experience. Must becertified on Rhapsody 6.0 and higher versions with good experienceworking on Clinical Information systems solution like CERNER,Allscripts.

Responsibilities:

• Design, Architect andbuild Interfaces as per the Organizations Integration strategy,business requirements and integration standards.
• Monitor and manage junior Integration Architects so that we canmeet the integration needs for the assigned projects and timelydelivery of interfaces.· Analyse the existing system andworkflows to identify integration opportunities, andchallenges.· To provide an overall support and uptimefor all the Interfaces and maintain an Inventory of all exiting andnew interfaces.· To oversee that the interfaces arebuild along a standard framework and provide guidance toincorporate best practices in interface build anddevelopment· Implement and configure the Rhapsody/ MirthIntegration Engines in a Higly Available clustered environmentalong with Disaster Recovery Solutions.· To Install,Upgrade and maintain the patching needs for all rhapsody/ MirthIntegration engines.· Provide proactive monitoring ofthe Interfaces and Integration engine to maintain a 24x7x365availability.· Ensure the interoperability of healthcaresystems, including Electronic Health Records (EHRs), LaboratoryInformation Systems (LIS), Picture Archiving and CommunicationSystems (PACS), Medical Devices, IOT, Pharmacy Robots, HIE andmore.· Building interfaces using SOAP and RESTful WebServices, JDBC database connections using SQL, Stored procedures,and Vendor Specified API's.· Buildinginterfaces for RCM solutions along with CERNER Millennium and otherclinical information systems, billing systems and Paymentgateways.· Build Clinical and non-Clinical DataRepositories using the data feeds (HL7, XML, CSV etc.) from theRhapsody Integration Engine.· Monitor and optimizeintegration solutions to enhance performance, scalability, andreliability.· Troubleshoot and resolve integrationissues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to healthcareoperations.· Ensure that data integration solutionscomply with healthcare industry standards and regulations, such asHIPAA, HL7, and DICOM. Implement security measures to protectpatient data.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelors ORMasters Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering OR BCA/ MCA 10+years of experience on Rhapsody/ MIRTH Integration Engine-Certified on Rhapsody 6.0 and above
• Knowledge working on MIRTH-Knowledge working with ORACLE/ MS SQL Server/ MySQL Databases forIntegration
• Knowledge deploying Rhapsody in a clusteredenvironment
• Preferred to have Knowledge deploying Rhapsody on MSAZURE Cloud
• Must have experience working with CERNER Interfacesalong with other clinical systems
• Must have very good knowledgeand indepth understanding of HL7, XML, Java, FHIR, CCD, XDR, XDSInsurance and API's
