- E-to-E 2nd level troubleshooting over IP Network

- Working in 24/5 shifts
- Working on-call in weekends when required
- 2nd line fixing for transmission related outages and degraded issues on the below Equipment's/ Systems using STC Trouble Tickets System (RTTS):
- TN 2p, 6p, 20p (R6)
- ML6600
- R6000
- ML6352
- Daily work includes using the following Ericsson ENM
- Support and guide NFM/FO-TX on fixing for Trouble Tickets related to Transmission.
- Support other teams for their E-to-E fixing (BO-Access, TNOC/SDH, GPON, Cisco)
- Follow up with the design team for the transmission design issues (MW/LB/DCN, SDH/CWO, IPMPLS, and GPON).
