    Job Description

    Monitor incoming email, faxes:

    • To assistemployees of the security department in administrative and clericalmatters
    • To organize intra-departmental meetings andparticipate in meetings
    • Liaise with customers, suppliersand other departments and assist in the preparation of contractsissued by the Security department
    • Maintain all documentspertaining to the Department
    • To control the tracking andkeeping of all necessary documents related to the activity of thedepartment's staff in a personal file
    • Maintainand order office equipment and supplies as required
    • Toopen PR, submit invoices and track payments as necessary
    • To assist the department's recruitment process, preparationof work and attendance schedule, vacation planning
    • working in software, adding the monthly attendance schedule to thesystem
    • Prepare the required reports on a monthly basisand submit directly to the manager
    • To ensure thatDepartment notice boards are updatedaccordingly
