    Responsibilities of therole:

    • Drivethe growth of the Talent Intelligence function, building out thelong-term, scalable strategy of the function and positioning theTalent Intelligence team as a strategic trusted partner within thebusiness ecosystem
    • Be the subject matter experton the global talent market, ensuring visibility and actionabilityfor Talent Acquisition on relevant labor markettrends
    • Build influential relationships acrossthe organization and partner with Talent Acquisition leadership tosolve complex problems and provide analytical support toeffectively impact change
    • Upskill TA teams onhow to effectively utilize Talent Intelligence to drive theirRecruiting and Sourcing Strategies, resulting in increased hiringefficiency
    • Maintain close partnerships withSourcing and Recruiting teams to systematically gather TalentIntelligence based on candidate conversations, as well as testsourcing strategies and talk tracks to understand how to mosteffectively cultivate and engagecandidates
