    • The Lead of Planning providessupport to the Business and is responsible for the integration ofCO2 Sequestration Project schedules and all aspects of ProgressMeasurement, monitoring, verification andreporting.
    • Understands the key project drivers,defines roles and responsibilities, develops communicationprotocols, identifies, develops and implements project proceduresplanning and scheduling. Coordinates and facilitates all planningsessions and development of plans for Project teams

    YourTasks

    • Provides overall project schedule,progress measurement, and change management expertise to CO2Sequestration Project
    • ReviewsContractor's project control procedures (home office andfield control procedures) to ensure that Company'srequirements are met
    • Reviews project changes toevaluate detail schedule impact; responsible for quantifying andincorporating the effect and impact of approved changes in theoverall schedule for stewardshippurposes
    • Advise CO2 Sequestration Project Teamof any potential schedule issues and when necessary, providesguidance on corrective action and measures to mitigate any adversetrends
    • Confirms Schedule sequence of activitiesand deliverables and verifies established link with agreed progressmeasurement procedures
    • Reviews and checksContractor's progress reports for accuracy of progressmeasurement. Verifies, reviews and endorses claimed progressreported by Contractor
    • Reviews and endorsesschedule and progress Baselines and forecasts prepared byContractor
    • Analyzes schedule and progresstrends reported by Contractor
    • Supports PMT withongoing project schedule and progress analysis, reporting andforecasting activities. Periodically updates CO2 SequestrationProject Level 1 schedule to incorporate schedule updates fromvarious packages
    • Develops and maintains overallproject schedules and ensuring that these products reflect theapproved project design/execution scope. Periodically monitorsinterfaces and liaise with project teams to mitigate any adversetrends
    • Responds to ad hoc requests from PMTrelated to Scheduling and Reporting, including development ofprogress metrics, and/or key performanceindicators
    • Ensure PMT and Contractors areworking towards the correct priorities and schedules have clearCritical Path & Sub Critical Paths to allow for timelysequenced start-up of the facilities as defined in the CO2Sequestration Project Management ControlPlan
    • Reviews productivity frequently to ensureContractor can achieve the plan and advises when slippages are seenin Productivity Factor (PF) or Schedule Performance Index(SPI)
