- Supervise operations and members of the administrative staff,equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance Following up and managing the PRO activities and schedules Providing administrative and electronic support to the PRO for theconcerns relating to the local government authorities
- Manageagendas, travel plans and appointments for employees and management
- Support book keeping and budgeting procedures for the company Create and update databases and records for financial information,personnel and other data
- Track and replace office supplies asnecessary to avoid interruptions in standard front officeprocedures
- Apply, renew and track the employee documentsincluding the Passport, QID, Visas, Change of Sponsorships, Healthcards and updating the documents as and when required.
- DraftingCorrespondence, preparing payment requests and track for theexecution cycle by following up with the sister departments andobtain the required approvals.
- Updating, renewing and dispatchingthe employees' personal and official documents inconfidence.
- Supporting and coordinating for the handing over andclearance of the employees.
- Submit reports and follow upstacks.
