- Performing design reviews on varied projects throughout variouscountries internationally.
- Performing design reviewservices for all projects for the following but not limited to;high end residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, shoppingcenters, hotel, hospitals, universities, both high-rise andlow-rise developments etc.
- Preparing writtendocumentation such as; letters, minutes, meeting notes, commentaryfor design review report, schedules, emails and others as required.
- Reviewing all design documentationdeliverables including but not limited to; drawings andspecifications at all design phases and determine the following;compliance with the project design brief, project goals andobjectives, building code compliance, design optimization, setquality of design is achieved, design efficiency, determine risksand opportunities, determine cost saving solutions, functionality,effective space planning appropriate material selection, quality ofcoordination of documentation with other disciplines, conduct QAQCand ensure the client receives added value from the design reviewservices.
- Conducting value engineering assessments andactivities as part of the design review process.
- Ensuringthe clients brief, intention and concerns, the project designbrief, goals and objectives are obtained, reviewed and clearlyunderstood so compliance is determined and recorded accurately inthe design review report.
- Coordinating efforts for designreviews with other design review team members in all disciplinessuch as Architectural, Interior Design, MEP, Structural, Landscape,Master Planning, CQS, project directors, project managers, designmanagers, internal department directors, technical managers,project administrator and document control and others asrequired.
- Contributing to the development and improvementof the departments business, processes, systems, and assist withother tasks that help meet department s vision, goals andobjectives.
- To be successful in thisdynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of15 years career experience with a Bachelor s degree in MechanicalEngineering.
