    6. Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies to ensure data integrity and system availability.
    7. Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to plan and execute infrastructure projects and initiatives.
    8. Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
    9. Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to system administration tasks and processes.
    10. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior team members.
