- Resolve incoming Zendesk tickets fromABBYY B2B customers, predominantly via e-mail, sometimes via Chatand phone;
- Troubleshoot technical issues either on avirtual system or on a screen-sharing session with the customer;
- Actively collaborate with your teammates and colleaguesfrom other departments to find solutions;
- Communicateconfidently in Business English (minimum B2 certificate required);
- Write knowledge base articles to help customers evenfaster.
- Follow our well-documented procedures,guidelines and policies
- At least 3years of experience working in L2 Technical Support, ProfessionalServices, QA, DevOps or Development;
- Strong experiencein operating systems and servers (Windows & Linux),databases and networking;
- Experience in scripting usingBash, Javascript
- A good understanding of programminglanguages (C++, Java or C#) is an advantage;
- Greatanalytical skills to troubleshoot software problems
- Goodinterpersonal and communication skills;
- Advanced Englishskills (B2 certificate as a minimum);
- Japanese, Mandarinor Korean language an advantage.
