- Monitor ICTsupport team overall performance and ensure the delivery ofconsistent quality customer service and support to achievesection's KPIs and CSFs.
- Act as 3nd levelescalation for ICT support issues, this includes negativeuser's feedback and frustrated users, in effort to achievehigh level customer satisfaction rates.
- Act on issuesthat require management attention e.g. VIP/VVIP requests andincidents, MAJOR incidents, Service disruption, serviceunavailability... Etc.
- Monitoring the process of ICTsupport to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution ofend user issues.
- Constant review and update toincidents/request followed process and procedures followed bysupport team to ensure they follow ITS module of services.
- Track and analyze trends in Help Desk requests andgenerate statistical reports to management.
- Provide 3rdlevel technical support to issues raised by Support team.
- Coach and train ICT support team and Qatari developees,to expand their technical knowledge and experience.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and administration ofsupport staff training and knowledge expansion.
