    Job Description

    Extensive experience in web and windows application developmentwith the use of async programming andthreading Experiencein:o Developing applications with AngularFrameworko Developing enterpriseapplications using JavaScript Frameworks (e.g. React ).o Web development (HTML, CSS,JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Angular) of varied information systemsand commercial business experiences throughout the deliverylifecycle.o Developing secure applicationsby following and using security principles likeOWASP.o Developing applications fortestability, extensibility, andscalability.o Working within a CI / CDdevelopment environment.o Added advantage ifhave experience in developing applications with .NET (C#) and SQLServer (or equivalent databases). Knowledgeof automated deployment tools such as Octopus orVSTS. Detailed understanding of the varioustest phases and techniques required in order to develop andmaintain new and existing code. Demonstrableunderstanding of software design patterns, TDD / BDD, SOLID andother OOP principles. Documentationthroughout the software development life cycle(SDLC). Clear understanding of web services(REST, SOAP), SOA, CQRS, Messaging (ESB) and distributedsystems. Understanding of applicationlifecycle management, the value of test-driven development,continuous integration, and automateddeployment. Possess a strong work ethic andtake initiative and ownership to deliver businessvalue. Good communication skills (written& oral English), including the ability to communicate andpresent both at a technical and non-technicallevel. Cultural awareness and experience ofdelivering solutions globally. Hard-working,goal-oriented and with a high level of energy and enthusiasm, ableto operate efficiently, effectively, and professionally within afast paced, dynamic and results driven businessenvironment. Exceptional time management andorganisational skills with the ability to prioritise workeffectively within time constraints, work under pressure and meetdeadlines. Confidence and ability to presentand explain the results of analysis. Aflexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to multi-task andrespond quickly to changing priorities.
    Ability to work co-operatively and productively with others;actively contributing to successful team performance and theachievement of sharedgoals.
