    Responsibilities

    • Play a pivotal role transforming our compliance function into a data-driven and efficient operation, leverage technology and automation to streamline processes, enhance accuracy, and minimize risk.
    • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the U.S. tax compliance function, including tax return preparation, filing, extension requests, and IRS interactions.
    • Ensure the company's compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations. Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures.
    • Delegate work effectively, provide guidance and training to staff, and ensure quality control over all compliance activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Accounting, and IT departments.
