    • Study the Scope Of Requirement(SOR). Clarify the scope of work withengineers.
    • Establish project contractingstrategy together with project managementteam.
    • Propose a realistic baseline schedule toproject manager, conduct baseline schedule review, highlight thecritical path, constraints and potential clashes and synergies withDrilling and Field Operation activities.
    • Getproject baseline schedule sanctioned by project manager. Projecttime-control in general.
    • Establish overallprogress measurement template for each majorproject.
    • Prepare baseline S-Curve for eachmajor project.
    • Gather and process projectactual data to produce project schedule status including projectoverall progress, project progress trend, remaining work andforecast.
    • Perform schedule and progressanalysis.
    • Prepare and issue dashboard forselected major projects.
    • Timely highlightproject schedule risks to the attention of project manager, projectteam members and ECP management. Set out project planning andcontrol requirement for all contracts in order to ensure properproject time-control process on contractors ' side.
    • Define contract milestones and updateprogress measurement procedure for each contract prior toCFT/RFQ.
