    • Receiving global strategies andlocal demands, identifying the needs of the various areas andbusinesses, qualifying, prioritizing, and exposing projectopportunities to customers, their implications, values involved anddefinition of the appropriate ITsolutions.
    • Partnering with the Local Managementto qualify and prioritize demand. Recommending delivery of businessprocesses/projects supporting IS systems/projects to the BusinessAreas organization, resulting in improved efficiency,effectiveness, quality and/or operationalfunctionality.
    • Monitoring delivery of ISsolutions/service/support within Corporate and BusinessAreas
    • Training process users (key users) in theimplemented solutions
    • Collaborating withBusiness Process Owners of the Business Areas to map businessprocess demand to existing or new ISsolutions/services.
    • Working with L2 teams asneeded and providing workarounds / solutions to customerissues
    • Monitoring that IS Standards and ISGuidelines are adhered to, where relevant, managing assigned budgeteffectively and delivering activities within agreed schedules andcosts. Executing as single IS interface to BusinessAreas/Function/Country Management.
    • Managingrelationships with stakeholders to update status, resolve issues,and manage expectations.
    • Informing/consultingrelevant IS colleagues on any change or project activities whichmay have a major impact on the others' areas ofresponsibility.
    • Executing, for assigned tasks,all actions in IS processes according to agreedRACIS.
