    • We are looking for an experiencedE-Commerce Manager to oversee the online sales and performance ofour E-Commerce platforms in Hypermarket / retaildivision.
    • The successful candidate will beresponsible for driving revenue growth, managing the end-to-endE-Commerce operations, and optimizing the customer experience. JobResponsibilities:
    • Develop and implementstrategies to increase online sales and profitability of thedivision.
    • Monitor and analyze key performanceindicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities forimprovement.
    • Manage the end-to-end E-Commerceoperations, including inventory management, pricing, and orderfulfillment.
    • Collaborate with marketing teamsto develop online marketing campaigns andpromotions.
    • Utilize digital marketing and SEOstrategies to drive traffic to thewebsite.
    • Optimize the E-Commerce platforms fora seamless and user-friendly customerexperience.
    • Ensure compliance with applicablelaws and regulations related to E-Commerceoperations.
    • Stay up-to-date with industrytrends and best practices in E-Commerce and onlineretail.

    Skills

    • Bachelor's degree inbusiness, marketing, or a related field
    • Provenexperience in E-Commerce management, preferably in a hypermarket /retail industry.
    • Strong knowledge of E-Commerceplatforms, technologies, and industrytrends.
    • Proficient in using analytics tools tomonitor performance and make data-drivendecisions.
    • Excellent understanding of digitalmarketing, SEO, and customer acquisitionstrategies.
    • Strong project management skillswith the ability to prioritize and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with afocus on driving results and meetingtargets.
