    Job Description:

    The Four SeasonsHotel Doha is looking for a Front Desk Agent. The candidate musthave a commitment and passion for ensuring the best in guestservices and creating a welcoming first impression and lastingfarewell. This position reports to the Front Desk Manager. This isa highly visible role representing Four Seasons Hotel Hotel Dohaand managing the day to day activities of the Front Office Team.

    EssentialFunctions:

    • Coordinates and liaises with various departments toensure the hotel provides the highest level guest experiences
    • Meets and greets arriving and departingguests; Provides genuine hospitality and recognition acts as host/hostess
    • Acts as point of contact for inhouseguests and local customers; provides individual assistance andaccurate information
    • Maintains highvisibility in the lobby and front desk area and provide assistanceto our guests in a proactive way
    • Resolvesguest concerns and complaints speedily and efficiently; ensurescomplete guest satisfaction protects the reputation of the hoteland the company
    • Keeps management informed ofguest and staffrelated incidents; represents senior management intheir absence
    • Screens next day movements forspecial instructions to various departments
    • Ensures pending follow up action is communicated to thenext shift
    • Assists with responsibilities andduties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in any RoomsDivision area
    • Performs any other duties asassigned to him/her by management and is also able to work in allshifts
    • Assists with responsibilities in theabsence of or due to heavy volume in the areas of the ConciergeBell Staff Guest Services and lobby coverage.
    • Works closely with Bell Staff to ensure smooth handlingof guest luggage deliveries and special requests
    • Adhere to Four Seasons Hotels standards as well aspolicies and procedures
    • Complies with FourSeasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards ofConduct as set forth in Employee Handbook
    • Works harmoniously and professionally with coworkers anddirect superior

    Preferred Qualifications and Skills

    • Degree Holder preferably in hotel and restaurantmanagement
    • 24 years of experience as a GuestRelations Agent
    • Excellent command in EnglishArabic is an advantage
