    • Able to work under pressure andmeet tight deadlines and schedulecommitments.
    • Responsible for the overallproject inter-discipline coordination between members of theoperations support groups, throughout one or more project phases ofdetail design, fabrication, offshore installation andhook-up.
    • Lead discipline Production EngineerSupervises other production engineers in histeam.
    • Lead discipline Production Engineeridentifies resource needs for the project and communicate theseregularly to Production EngineeringManager.
    • Manage the progress reporting on theproject.
    • Understands the full contractual scopeof work, contract type and milestoneschedules.
    • Reviews constructability and ensurework execution plan is based on the most productiveoption.
    • Conducts fabrication look aheadmeetings or site meetings and prioritizes material and drawings tosuit.
    • Responsible for documenting all scope ofwork changes (change orders) and coordinating AFC estimateupdates.
    • Solves technical problems andinitiates site queries to ensure work disruption is minimized andproductivity is optimized.
    • Forecast fabricationrequirements (deliverable inputs) to meet the project contractschedule. Highlights issues to Operations Engineer or ConstructionManager.
    • Leads work pack issuance and follow upof all activities for work packexecution.
    • Prepare project specific tasklisting.
    • At commencement of the projectparticipates in fabrication kick-offmeeting.
    • Appraises construction manager of anyproject issues which effect the forecasted progress, productivityand schedule commitments.
    • Develops a work packindex and sets priorities and deliverable dates for the disciplineteams.
    • Reviews input deliverable dates(material & drawings) and advises impact to fabricationschedule.
    • Authorizes technicalqueries/correspondence to be issued to theclient.
    • Participates in development of projectfabrication execution plan to meet contract requirements mostproductively.
    • Leads project constructabilityprogram effort for fabrication.
    • Preparesproject fabrication lessons learnt.
    • Identifiesproject risks and opportunities.
    • Establishes aproductive working relationship with clientrepresentatives.
    • Leads coordination &follow up with service providers (Example: subcontractors,construction engineering teams).
    • Participatesin QHSES initiatives and drive achieving objectives. Follow thecompany policies.
