We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Supervisor for stone and marble factory. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of workers, ensuring production schedules are met, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, cooperation, and continuous improvement.
Production Management:
Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer demands and quality standards.
Implement efficient workflows and production techniques.
Quality Control:
Establish and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high standards of product quality.
Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications and customer requirements.
Inventory Management:
Monitor raw material inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure an adequate supply of materials.
Minimize waste and optimize material usage through effective production planning.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety awareness among the team.
Equipment Maintenance:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of production machinery and equipment.
Schedule regular equipment inspections and coordinate necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including work orders, inventory, and quality control reports.
Prepare regular reports on production output, efficiency, and quality metrics.
Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in stone fabrication is a plus.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in natural stone production / fabrication or a related field, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of stone cutting, shaping, and finishing techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with production planning and inventory management software.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial setting.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
