    • Keep ahead of industry trends, createand implement new revolutionarystandards
    • Develop ideas on increasing guestsatisfaction
    • Ensure the operational inventoryis always accounted for and in immaculatecondition
    • Ensure all responsible ares aremaintained at the highest levels
    • Createopportunities for upselling products
    • Developthe team to strive for excellence
    • Assume theresponsibility of daily operations
    • Createsefficient rostering system
    • Following up onopening and closing checklists
    • Ensure allappropriate equipment is on hand for each serviceperiod
    • Conducts daily briefings for all staffprior to commencement of shift
    • Handles securityincidents, guest complaints with confidence and in a professionalmanner
    • Directly work with all heartists tocreate a flow of new and 'improved'ideas
    • Ensure awareness and deliver the optimumlevels of service and guestsatisfaction
    • Maintains the HACCP standards asrequired by the regional governing body
    • Ensureall hotel property and facilities are maintained an in an optimalworking order
    • Master all POSsystems
    • Establish and maintain effectivecommunication across all divisions
    • Lead byexample through a passionate, hands onapproach
    • Assist with collecting information forthe monthly P&L review
    • Records andreports Glitch incidents with integrity andtransparency
