Job Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


Payroll Processing:

Handle end-to-end payroll processing using SAP software.

Verify timekeeping records and ensure accurate computation of wages, overtime, and deductions.

Process payroll adjustments, bonuses, and commissions.


Data Management:

Maintain and update employee payroll records in the SAP system.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation.


Compliance:

Stay abreast of payroll tax regulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

Generate and submit required payroll reports to relevant authorities.


Communication and Support:

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.

Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.

Provide support during payroll audits.


Reporting:

Generate regular and ad-hoc payroll reports using SAP.

Prepare and analyze payroll-related metrics to ensure accuracy and efficiency.


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist with hands-on experience using SAP payroll modules.

Arabic speaker will be highly preferred

In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
