    • Establish the overall plan for theimplementation of the Qatarization programs to support the NationalPlan in providing job opportunities for local talents in the jobmarket of various sectors.
    • Develop programs andimplement the Qatarization Plan in line with corporate TalentPlanning to support and achieve the ongoing Organizationsinitiatives to attract, develop, motivate, and retain qualifiedQatari talents.
    • Provide directions in theselection and recruitment of Qatari National talents and freshgraduates in coordination with the Recruitment Officer in order toachieve the Qatarization targets.
    • Organiseevents to recruit local talents or participate with externalparties in events such as; the Open Day at educational institutionsand Career Fairs to support Qatarization activities as well as therecruitment of Nationals from both local and overseas educationalinstitutions through social media.
    • Collaboratetogether with the Recruitment officer in maintaining andcoordinating Qatarization Recruitment Portal activities, compileand inspect applications received for furtherprocessing.
    • Become one of the Secretariat forthe Qatarization Committee to coordinate the execution ofQatarization implementation plans to ensure our client meets theQatarization targets.
    • Conduct data analysis andworkforce planning of the Qatarization program and prepare reportsfor Management on Qatarization activities ensuring that allrelevant data and information are recorded and accountedfor.
    • Organise the developmental programs of allNational staff including the fresh graduates for their successionand career plans working together with the Talent Management teamin ensuring the future manpower requirements are met. Monitor theprogress of their performances and careerdevelopment.
    • Ensure compliance with the HSErules and regulations.
    • Perform other relatedduties or assignments as required by the Head of Section orSupervisor.
