    The context and challenges of the positionare summarised as follows:
    To manage and deliver the I1P1brownfield workscope inclusive of two major high pressure highvalue shutdowns in 2020 and 2021 to modify the existing offshoreinstallation in readiness for the future hook-up and tie-ins in , the installation of two new bridges; one betweenexisting PU and PR platforms and the other PU to PRQ1 (new)platform inclusive of power, communication, utilities modificationsas necessary.
    To ensure readiness of the Contractor,supporting and fulfilling the requirements of Company shutdownpreparedness gated process.

    • Lead theBrownfield Execution Team in
      • HSE principles andlife saving rules.
      • the five pillars ofdelivery, supported by KPI's in line with COMPANYgoals.
      • delivering Projects under the QatargasProject ManagementSystem.
    • Accountable todeliver brownfield execution scope safely and on time, inclusiveof
      • Brownfieldexecution.
      • Shutdownmanagement.
      • Installation and HUC support asrequired.
      • Manage the interface and handover toOperations.
      • Manage brownfieldcontractors.
    • Participateand contribute in development of brownfield works, strategies,project execution plan, interface plan and construction plans, risketc.

    ¬ BachelorsDegree in Engineering, or HND/C with suitable experiencedbackground.
    ¬ Minimum of 15years' leadership experience in a major projectsenvironment within the oil and gasindustry.
    ¬ Experience developingwork methods and form several alternative methods in accordance toestablished Company policies, directives from Management, schedulesand professional engineering standards.
    ¬Knowledgeble in HAZOP, HAZID, Risk Assessment processes andapplications.
    ¬ Managed multi discipline andmulti cultural teams.
    ¬ Experience providingrecommendations on tenders, engineering designs and generalcontrols of contractors.
